Thank you for your interest in Amazing British Columbia.

January 23-29 is Literacy Week and Amazing British Columbia will be highlighted at Madeira Park Elementary School.

Although I am expecting many questions about how a book is physically constructed, I will be prepared to talk about how to find the ideas that go into a book.

I also have a piece of jade from the Polar Pride boulder and a piece of zinc from Kimberley that might inspire some interest.

The teacher section of the Web site has begun. Perhaps after this school visit children will begin to respond to the site.
